Workshop, Lectures & Judging
 

Please note: All new contracts require a minimum booking of two days consisting of a lecture and workshop OR two days of workshops.
 
2008 Fees 
Half Day Workshop (3 hrs) - $250
Full Day Workshop (6 hrs) - $500
24 students maximum
 
Trunk Show or Lecture (45-60 min.) - $300
 
Judging - please contact me regarding fees

Expenses paid by Host Organization

Transportation:
  • Round trip airfare or current IRS rate per mile auto
  • Airport parking fees, bridge, ferry tolls 
Other Expenses:
  • Lodging in private non-smoking room in Motel/Hotel
  • Meals 
Sharing Expenses:

  • Expenses will be shared for groups having similar programs or by a percentage of events scheduled. 

Other info:

  • PDX (Portland, Oregon) is my departure airport

  • I do not have any pet or food allergies
Equipment requirements for workshops & lectures
For Power Point Presentations

  • ability to darken room

  • projector screen

  • stand or table for projector and laptop

  • extension cord and power strip
For Lecture/Trunk Shows 

  • volunteers to hold quilts

  • volunteers to help load/unload/pack
For Workshops

  • workshop aide to collect supply fees and distribute handouts
